Service Description

Our guides, who have lived in Furano for over 6 years, offer private backcountry tours in the areas around Furano in central Hokkaido, mainly in the Daisetsuzan and Yubari mountain ranges. This tour is a completely private backcountry tour where plans are created based on your requests and experience. *1 Location: Daisetsu Mountains (Mt. Tokachi, Mt. Asahidake, Mt. Furano, etc.) and the sidecountry of Furano ski resort Capacity: Maximum of 6 people per tour *2 Required items for the tour: Skiing equipment, appropriate clothing and warm clothing, backpack, avalanche gear (beacon, probe, shovel)*3, snacks and drinks. Reservation deadline: 2 days in advance 1：We may not be able to meet 100% of your requests due to weather and snow conditions. 2：In order to ensure the safety of our tours, we limit the number of participants per tour to a maximum of 6. 3：Avalanche gear can be rented (at an additional cost to the tour fee).

Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Full Payment Deposit is ¥20,000 per person. All deposits are non-refundable. Final balance due: 120 days prior to lesson. Cancellation By You More than 120 days prior to lesson, full deposit forfeited. 120 to 60 days prior to lesson, 70% of lesson cost is forfeited. 60 to 15 days prior to lesson, 50% of lesson cost is forfeited. 15 to 8 days prior to lesson, 30% of trip cost is forfeited. Less than 8 days 100% forfeited. We insist you take out travel insurance at time of sending your deposit. Cancellation By Us We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. In this case you will receive a full refund. You will not be entitled to make any further claim for compensation, damages, expenses, loss of time or inconvenience.
